7. Get adequate Sleep and drink water

Sleep is very essential for weight loss, you burn calories while sleeping. We should aim to get about 8-9hrs of sleep daily. Though this might be difficult to achieve but it’s not impossible just try at much as possible to finish cooking early enough in the night so you can sleep early.
Water also helps flush toxins out of the body, help with proper digestion, helps to lose weight. I drink about 3-5 litres of water daily. A cup when I wake up, a cup before and after each meal, a cup before i sleep. Just learn to drink water as you go. You don’t have to be thirsty before you drink water.
