Stretch marks are the scars that occur due to contraction, expansion and stretching of the skin. Stretch marks can be commonly seen on waist, thighs, lower backs, hips, breasts, arms, and buttocks and is quite common in most women. Causes of Stretch Marks:
Hormonal Changes – It seems that people assume that the reason why stretch marks appear is because of body changes but whether be it pregnancy, adolescence or weight loss, the main reason is because the hormones have changed.

1.  Aloe Vera:

  • Almond oil
  • Lemon juice

  • Thoroughly mix a tablespoon of sugar with a few drops of almond oil and lemon juice.

  • Cut a medium-sized potato into thick slices.
  • Rub the potato slice over the stretch marks for a few minutes everyday.

  • Make sure you only buy therapeutic grade USP cold pressed castor oil and apply some directly to any stretch marks or loose skin.
  • Gently massage the oil in a circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes then wrap the area with a cotton cloth.
